Meal Plan Monday #261
April is going to be super busy. I have lots of competitions and things going on with my students. Darren is approaching the end of his semester. It's probably going to be a wild ride.
We're done with Meatless March, but we're going to try to eat less meat and continue to incorporate more plant-based meals into our menus.
Sunday: Easter Sunday! Leftovers!
Monday: Meatless Monday! Roasted Vegetables and Fruit Salad
Tuesday: Grilled Porkchops, Baked Sweet Potatoes, and Salad
Wednesday: Tutorial Night Takeout!
Thursday: Sautéed Vegetables over Rice
Friday: Date Night! Lib's Pick!
