It's getting warm here in AZ, and our meals will be changing soon to lighter fare and things cooked on the grill. Until then, I want to indulge in a few more hearty "winter" meals.
Sunday: Chipotle-Lime Salmon with Fried Rice and Salad
Monday: Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole (something like this)
Tuesday: Grilled Pork Chops with Black Beans and Rice
Wednesday: Pizza Roll-Ups and Salad
Thursday: Breakfast Tacos and Quesadillas
Friday: Date Night! Lib's Pick!
