Last week, I went to Pittsburgh for the International Science and Engineering Fair. It was a great week, and kids are doing some really amazing things! This week is exam week, and I have a lot to catch up on at work. Then next weekend is graduation, and then summer! I am developing two new classes for next year, so summer will be busy, too, but I am looking forward to it!
Sunday: Black-Eyed Peas and Honey Jalapeno Cornbread
Monday: Exam Night Take Out!
Tuesday: Grilled Chicken with Caesar Salad and Pretzel Rolls
Wednesday: Jerk Pork Chops with Tropical Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Thursday: Fish Tacos with Cabbage, Lime, and Avocado
Friday: Date Night! Lib's Pick!
Saturday: GRADUATION!!
