Meal Plan Monday #140

It's summertime, summertime, sum-sum-summertime, summertime! Once a year or so, I get a craving for hotdogs. I like to eat them complete with other kid foods - mac and cheese and chips. Time to eat like a kid for one night!

Sunday:  Macaroni & Cheese, Hotdogs, and Chips

Monday:  Korean Beef over Rice with Carrots wrapped in Cabbage Leaves

Tuesday:  Antipasto Salad with Salami, Roasted Peppers, Artichoke Hearts, and Pepperoncini

Wednesday:  Grilled Chicken with Roasted Vegetables (squash, eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, etc.)

Thursday:  Pepperoni and Veggie Pizza

Friday:  Date Night! Lib's Pick!
