It's winter here, so we're eating some hearty meals this week. We were just getting back into the routine, and then the three day Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend! Back to the grind on Tuesday, and no more holidays for a while.
Sunday: Thai Curry with Chicken and Vegetables
Monday: Black Beans and Rice with Cornbread and Banana Pudding
Tuesday: Pepperoni, Sausage, Bell Pepper, and Mushroom Pizza with Salad
Wednesday: Tutorial Night Takeout!
Thursday: Breakfast for Supper! Sausage, Eggs, Hashbrowns, and Biscuits
Friday: Date Night! Darren's Pick!
