Meal Plan Monday #163

Our science bowl regional is in two weeks, so we're practicing three times per week at 6:00 pm, which doesn't leave a lot of prep time or days for me to cook. We're trying to keep things simple for the next couple of weeks.

Sunday: Pork Roast, Loaded Baked Potatoes, and Salad

Monday:  Quick Korean Beef Bowls with Cabbage, Carrots, and Edamame

Tuesday:  Broiled Sandwiches with Spicy Pickles, Chips, and Fruit Salad

Wednesday:  Tutorial Night Takeout!

Thursday:  Breakfast for Supper! Pancakes and Bacon!

Friday:  Date Night! Darren's Pick!
