Meal Plan Monday #168

ALMOST SPRING BREAK!! I have so much to do this week. I have to submit grades on Friday before I go home, but I am so ready for break! I am taking a couple of short visits to family, and I am looking forward to that. In the mean time, I'm trying to keep things easy this week.

Sunday:  Darren's Japanese Curry with Rice and Fruit

Monday:  Cheese Ravioli with Spinach, Mushrooms, and Onions and Salad

Tuesday:  Seared Tuna Steaks and Broccoli & Cheese Twice Baked Potatoes

Wednesday:  Tutorial Night Take-out!

Thursday:  Chef Salads with Turkey, Bacon, and Cheese

Friday:  Date Night! Lib's Pick!
