I'm facilitating workshops this week, so it'll be like a regular work week. I'm not looking forward to it... back to my 5:00 am alarm for five more days, then summer really begins! We're keeping meals simple this week.
Sunday: Macaroni and Cheese and Salad
Monday: Seared Tuna Steaks, Rice, and Fruit
Tuesday: Sausage & Mushroom Pizza and Salad
Wednesday: Marinated Pork Loin, Rice, and Fruit
Thursday: Breakfast Burritos with Bacon, Eggs, Cheese, and Hashbrowns
Friday: Date Night! Darren's Pick!
