Meal Plan Monday #257

The countdown to spring break is on! This week and next week are going to be very busy because this is a busy time of year and because everyone is trying to fit in last minute things before spring break. I'm going to try to keep things simple this week.

We're also going to try to kick off Meatless March and not eat meat (at home at least) during March.

Sunday:  Roasted Butternut Squash with Goat Cheese Ravioli and Salad

Monday:  Braised Beef Short Ribs with Roasted Carrots and Pretzel Rolls


Wednesday:  Tutorial Night Takeout!


Friday:  Date Night! Darren's Pick!
