Wow! 300 meal plans! When we started this blog, I had big plans for all the things I was going to do - share my recipes, review recipes I found online, write about restaurant meals, post photos, and all sorts of things. I might not have done them all (or done any of them consistently), but this has been a great way for us to stay organized and minimize food waste.
Sunday: Chipotle Lime Salmon, Rice, and Salad
Monday: Mongolian Beef with Broccoli and Carrots, Edamame, and Jasmine Rice
Tuesday: Roasted Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Assorted Spring Vegetables with Brazilian Cheese Bread
Wednesday: Tutorial night Takeout!
Thursday: Seared Tuna Steaks and Salad
Friday: Date Night! Darren's Pick!
