It's going to be a busy week. My school is hosting a middle school Science Bowl regional on Saturday, and both Darren and I are volunteering. I'll have a lot of prep work to do at school, as well as getting ready for some big things with my students.

We're looking ahead to a three day weekend! In the meantime, it's the usual grind. I'm testing some new vegetarian recipes and trying to incorporate quinoa so they are more filling. I don't like vegan cheese, so I'm sticking to the real deal.

Happy 2020! I have thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks off! I am not excited to go back to work, but I know I will enjoy seeing everyone once I get there. It's a new semester, so we've got a new schedule to get used to. I hope it doesn't take too long to adjust. I'm looking forward to teaching my favorite class this semester. I hope it goes well!
