We're looking ahead to a three day weekend! In the meantime, it's the usual grind. I'm testing some new vegetarian recipes and trying to incorporate quinoa so they are more filling. I don't like vegan cheese, so I'm sticking to the real deal.
Sunday: Vegetarian Black Bean Quinoa Casserole (real cheese) with Salad and Brazilian Cheese Bread
Monday: Corn and Potato Soup with Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Salad
Tuesday: Breakfast for Supper! Sourdough Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwiches with Hashbrowns
Wednesday: Tutorial Night Takeout
Thursday: Fish Tacos with Cabbage, Lime, and Avocado and Salad
Friday: Date Night! Darren's Pick!
