Middle School Science Bowl is in the books for another year. East Central Middle School is headed to Washington, D.C. The field of teams was great this year! BUT... this weekend was not long enough because we volunteered all day on Saturday and then came home and crashed out until supper time. Probably worth it.
Sunday: Super Bowl Snacks! Vegetarian Fajitas and Nachos
Monday: Coconut Curry Lentils and Jasmine Rice
Tuesday: White Beans with Pork and Cornbread
Wednesday: Tutorial Night Takeout!
Thursday: Seared Tuna Sandwiches with Cabbage and Avocado and Sweet Potato Fries
