Meal Plan Monday #341

It's STAYCATION week! With all of the COVID craziness, we're not able to go on our planned vacation this summer, but who couldn't use a little R&R?! We're planning to spend most of the time relaxing, which means a little extra takeout this week - we'd be eating out several times on a real vacation, so we're going to treat ourselves a little, including a Krispy Kreme Doughnut breakfast one day. My friend Kaye brought me three quarts of blueberries, so I'm also planning to bake during our staycation - blueberry muffins and a lemon blueberry upside down cake.

MONDAY
Lunch:  Leftover Pasta or Mexican Casserole - Diner's Choice
Supper:  Staycation Takeout!

TUESDAY
Lunch:  Eat Like a Kid! (Cheese Stuffed? Bacon Wrapped?) Hot Dogs and Mac & Cheese
Supper:  Loaded Baked Potatoes with Bacon, Cheese, and Broccoli with Salad

WEDNESDAY
Lunch:  Twice Baked Potatoes - Tuesday Leftovers
Supper:  Staycation Takeout!

THURSDAY
Lunch:  Brunch - Blueberry Muffins, Bacon, Cheese Grits, and Eggs
Supper:  Fancy Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Flamin' Hot Pickle Chips and Salad

FRIDAY
Lunch:  Snack Day - Hot Dogs, Sandwiches, Chips, Nachos, Pretzel Bread, Cheese etc.
Supper:  Date Night Takeout! Darren's Pick!


SATURDAY
Lunch:  Misc. Leftovers
Supper:  DIY Nashville Hot Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Salad

SUNDAY
Lunch:  Brunch - Waffles and Sausage with Fruit/Smoothies
Supper:  Panko-Crusted Cod Fillets with Stuffed Zucchini/Yellow Squash
