Meal Plan Monday #488

We're sliding into a three day weekend, and I am ready for it after working six or seven days a week during August to deal with all the beginning of school stuff. I plan to take full advantage. 

Sunday:  Spinach and Cheese Ravioli with Mushroom Pancetta Cream Sauce and Salad

Monday:  Grilled Goat Cheese Sandwiches with Fruit and TJ's Elote Corn Chips and Guacamole

Tuesday:  Thai Curry Chickpeas with Jasmine Rice and Salad

Wednesday:  Tutorial Night Takeout!

Thursday:  Seared Tuna with Rice, Veggies (Carrots, Cabbage, Corn, Cucumber, Radish, Avocado, Jalapeno, etc.), Gochujang and Sushi Sauce

Friday:  Date Night! Lib's Pick

Saturday:  Breakfast for Supper!
