Just a quick post. I made salad dressing this week that Darren and I have both enjoyed.
2 c. Greek yogurt
5 T. vinegar
1/3-1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
Mix the yogurt, vinegar, and 1/4 cup of sugar in a jar and shake well. Taste and add additional sugar as desired. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
We have eaten it with broccoli salad, which was good. We have also eaten it with romaine, diced avocado, and a little bit of cheese, which was great! Enjoy!
