Meal Plan Monday #69

We had a BBQ on Saturday afternoon, and as usual, I prepared entirely too much food, so we will be eating left overs for a couple of days.

Sunday:  Grilled Chicken with Ro-Tel Macaroni and Cheese and Spinach Salad

Monday:  Ribs with Baked Beans and Salad

Tuesday:  Bean and Cheese Quesadillas with Fruit Salad

Wednesday:  Broiled Sandwiches with Chips

Thursday:  Breakfast for Dinner! Eggs, Hashbrowns, Conecuh Sausage, and Biscuits

Friday:  Date Night! Lib's Pick!
