We went to Oxford this past weekend and saw the beginning of College Game Day from the Grove. This week will probably be extra busy, because I took the weekend off from grading, but it was worth it!

Monday: Cornbread Dressing with Chicken and Black-eyed Peas
Tuesday: Ba-Chan's Noodle Rice Casserole with Italian Sausage
Wednesday: Jimmy John's Sandwiches
Thursday: Roasted Vegetables with Italian Sausage
Friday: Date Night! Lib's Pick!
