We had a great Saturday in Tuscaloosa. We went shopping and had a nice lunch. It was sunny and beautiful, but much warmer that the past few days. I knew the cool was too good to be true... It is supposed to warm back up here into the 80s. We have the Science Carnival at school this week - science demos for thousands of elementary students. I hope it goes well!

Tuesday: Pepperoni Pizza Roll-ups
Wednesday: Broiled Sandwiches
Thursday: Grilled Chicken (a la Plain Chicken) with Roasted Vegetables
Friday: Date Night! Darren's Pick!
