Sunday: Roasted Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, Potatoes) with Sausage
Monday: Pasta (Ravioli?) with Peppers, Onions, and Mushrooms (meatless similar to this or this)
Tuesday: Darren's Fried Rice
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Potato Soup with Pretzel Rolls
Thursday: Fish Tacos with Cabbage and Avocado
Friday: Date Night! Lib's Pick!
