My schedule will be unusual at work this week. I don't have Wednesday tutorials, but I do have an evening outreach activity on Thursday, and we have weird schedules on Tuesday and Wednesday due to other things going on at school. I also have several recommendation letters that I need to complete in the next two weeks.

Sunday:  Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Scalloped Potatoes au Gratin, Spinach Salad, and Biscuits

This week is going to be busy. It's the end of the nine weeks, so there's lots of grading to do. And it's recommendation letter time. I'm hoping I can get caught up and enjoy next weekend after working for six hours on Saturday on rec letters and grading.
