Meal Plan Monday #195

This week is going to be busy. It's the end of the nine weeks, so there's lots of grading to do. And it's recommendation letter time. I'm hoping I can get caught up and enjoy next weekend after working for six hours on Saturday on rec letters and grading.

Sunday:  Roasted Vegetables with Sausage, Salad, and Pretzel Rolls

Monday:  Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches with Fried Pickles, Salad, and Chips

Tuesday:  Quick Korean Beef Bowls with  Cabbage, Edamame, and Carrots

Wednesday:  Tutorial Night Takeout!

Thursday:  Quiche with Spinach, Mushrooms, and Potatoes, Salad and Biscuits

Friday:  Date Night! Lib's Pick!
