Meal Plan Monday #259

Spring Break is over, but that means the end of school is just around the corner... There's so much to do, but I know the next 10 weeks will FLY!

We're still trying to eat meatless at home, so there's a lot of veggie based meals this week. We did go out for lunch on Friday, and the place had colcannon, which reminded me of eating rumbledethumps with coworkers when I was first teaching. I probably haven't eaten it in over 15 years.

Sunday:  Peanut Noodles with Vegetables

Monday:  Rumbledethumps and Avocado Toast

Tuesday:  Vegetable Curry with Jasmine Rice

Wednesday:  Tutorial Night Takeout!

Thursday:  Thai Pineapple Fried Rice

Friday:  Date Night! Lib's Pick!
