Meal Plan Monday #258

Countdown to SPRING BREAK! Meatless March is on, too! I'll be trying new recipes out, because I usually only cook vegetarian maybe once per week... here we go!

Sunday:  Roasted Root Vegetables and Salad

Monday:  Black Bean and Cheese Quesadillas with Avocado, Sour Cream, and Salsa

Tuesday:  Spinach and Ricotta Pasta with Garlic Bread and Salad

Wednesday:  Tutorial Night Takeout!

Thursday:  Burrito Bowls with Rice, Black Beans, Corn, Onion, Bell Peppers, and Cheese

Friday:  Date Night! Lib's Pick!
