Another week of social distancing/isolation. I do go out and walk our dog twice a day. I sit out on the porch some, but I've really been focused on avoiding contact with other people. I ordered groceries through Kroger delivery. We'll see what turns up on Tuesday. The plan may change...

Meal Plan Monday #328
I'm making a few updates to the two-week plan from last week. I'm trying to have us consume all leftovers and not waste any food at this crazy time. I'm also going to try to include lunches so we have some idea of how long certain leftovers should last. Usually, I cook four servings for supper, but some meals like beans and lentils make considerably more. I'm trying to account for that... this is a learning process.

Lunch: Quesadillas with Faux Maque Choux (leftover remix)
Supper: Thai Curry Lentils with Jasmine Rice (leftovers)

There are lots of changes going on in our communities right now. Schools are closing. Folks are working from home, if possible. Keep washing those hands and try to stay healthy. Think of others when you can. Be kind and gracious.
