Meal Plan Monday #327

There are lots of changes going on in our communities right now. Schools are closing. Folks are working from home, if possible. Keep washing those hands and try to stay healthy. Think of others when you can. Be kind and gracious.

I'm making an extended meal plan so we can stay home as much as possible. Here's hoping it works!

Sunday:  Pepper Popper Mac'n'Cheese with Salad

Monday:  Darren's Fried Rice and Salad

Tuesday:  Thai Coconut Curry Lentils with Jasmine Rice

Wednesday:  Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Burritos with Hashbrowns

Thursday:  Seared Tuna Steaks and Faux Maque Choux

Friday:  Date Night (Takeout)! Lib's Pick!

Saturday:  Vegetarian Peanut Noodles

Sunday:  Roasted Butternut Squash and Goat Cheese Ravioli with Browned Butter and Toasted Pepitas

Monday:  Red Beans and Rice with Conecuh Sausage and Jalapeno Cheddar Cornbread

Tuesday:  Blackened Mahi Mahi with Loaded Baked Potatoes

Wednesday:  Cheese Ravioli with Mushrooms and Panchetta

Thursday:  Pepperoni, Mushroom, Bell Pepper, and Jalapeno Pizza

Friday:  Date Night (Takeout)! Darren's Pick!
