We actually had some cooler temperatures at the end of last week and into the weekend. I'm looking forward to heartier foods and not worrying about heating up the kitchen.
Sunday: Air Fryer Chicken Thighs with Lima Beans, Biscuits, and Mushroom Beefy Butter Rice
Monday: Japchae with Bell Peppers, Carrots, Onion, and Spinach
Tuesday: Crispy Air Fryer Potato Tacos with Refried Beans, Cheese, Cabbage, Jalapenos, Avocados, etc.
Wednesday: Tutorial Night Takeout!
Thursday: Blackened Fish and Rice Bowls with Corn, Edamame, Cucumber, Cabbage, Carrot, Avocado, etc.
Friday: Date Night! Lib's Pick
Saturday: Breakfast for Supper!
