The mornings feel just a tiny bit like fall, but the days are still pretty hot. I'm looking forward to cooler temperatures and bringing some different things into the meal plans, but I'm going to try to keep it simple this week. We just had parent day at school, so my weekend was cut short, and this week is shaping up to be very busy.
Sunday: Roasted Potatoes & Sweet Potatoes and Spinach & Baby Greens Salad
Monday: Roasted Butternut Squash and Goat Cheese Ravioli with Browned Butter and Pepitas
Tuesday: Darren's Fried Rice and Salad
Wednesday: Tutorial Night Takeout!
Thursday: Blackened Fish and Rice Bowls with Carrots, Mukimame, Corn, Cucumber, etc.
Friday: Date Night! Lib's Pick
Saturday: Breakfast for Supper!
