Meal Plan Monday #49

This is the last week of regular classes, then we have a three day weekend before exams. I am excited, but I have so much to do! I want to make a big batch of rib rub and homemade barbecue sauce next weekend, so I want to prepare for that, in addition to regular cooking.

Sunday: Pasties and Roasted Potatoes

Monday: Broiled Sandwiches with Zapp's Potato Chips

Tuesday: Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken

Wednesday: Thai Green Curry with Rice

Thursday: Breakfast Burritos

Friday: Date Night! Lib's Pick!
