We had a great Saturday in Tuscaloosa. We went shopping and had a nice lunch. It was sunny and beautiful, but much warmer that the past few days. I knew the cool was too good to be true... It is supposed to warm back up here into the 80s. We have the Science Carnival at school this week - science demos for thousands of elementary students. I hope it goes well!

Sunday:  Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with Pretzel Rolls

Monday:  Twice Baked Potatoes with Ham and Cheese

Tuesday:  Pepperoni Pizza Roll-ups

Wednesday:  Broiled Sandwiches

We went to Oxford this past weekend and saw the beginning of College Game Day from the Grove. This week will probably be extra busy, because I took the weekend off from grading, but it was worth it!
