Meal Plan Monday #157

Students and teachers alike are counting down the days until Thanksgiving break. I am looking forward to some extra time to relax with family and friends, but this week is a regular one, so meal planning is a must!

Sunday:  Broiled Salmon with Rice and Spinach Salad

Monday:  Peanut Noodles with Broccoli, Carrots, Cabbage and Zucchini and Edamame

Tuesday:  Loaded Baked Potatoes and Caesar Salad

Wednesday:  Tutorial Night Takeout

Thursday:  Chicken Quesadillas with Refried Beans and Avocado

Friday:  Date Night! Lib's Pick!
