Another week of sheltering-in-place, another week of lunch and dinner on the meal plan...

Sunday
Lunch:  Leftover Vegetarian Japanese Curry with Rice
Supper:  Spinach Ravioli with Onions, Mushrooms, and Pancetta in Cream Sauce

Monday
Lunch:  Leftover Ravioli
Supper:  Pinto Beans, Sweet Potatoes, Corn, Peppers, Onions, Spinach, Mushrooms, Cheese, and Rice in Burritos with Jalapeno Cream Cheese (like my favorite pollo fundido)

Tuesday
Lunch:  Leftover Burritos
Supper:  Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Sandwiches with Hash Browns

Wednesday
Lunch:  Sandwiches or Pizza and Chips
Supper:  Refried Bean and Cheese Quesadillas with Homemade Refried Beans

Thursday
Lunch:  Leftover Refried Bean and Cheese Quesadillas
Supper:  Blackened Fish with Faux Macque Choux

Friday
Lunch:  Leftover Macque Choux with Rice, Orzo, or Quinoa
Supper:  Date Night Takeout! Lib's Pick!

Saturday
Lunch:  Misc. Leftovers
Supper:  Bacon & Brussels Sprout Pasta with Vermont Sharp Cheddar
