Meal Plan Monday #330

Another week, another meal plan... I've been ordering groceries from our local Kroger. Some things haven't been available, including lentils, but I have gotten some other types of beans, so I'll be making some substitutions to dishes.

Sunday:
Lunch:  Quiche
Supper: Thai Curry Chick Peas and Jasmine Rice

Monday:
Lunch:  Thai Curry Chick Peas and Jasmine Rice
Supper:  Loaded Baked Potatoes

Tuesday:
Lunch:  Quiche
Supper:  Breakfast for Supper! Pancakes and Bacon

Wednesday:
Lunch:  Thai Curry Chick Peas and Jasmine Rice
Supper:  Broccoli Mac'n'Cheese

Thursday:
Lunch:  Broccoli Mac'n'Cheese
Supper:  Blackened Mahi Mahi & Fried Cabbage or Faux Macque Choux

Friday:
Lunch:  Baked Potatoes
Supper:  Date Night To-Go! Darren's Pick!

Saturday:
Lunch:  Leftovers/Surprise/Graze-y Day
Supper:  Japanese Curry with Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, Potatoes, and Onions and Rice
