Meal Plan Monday #332

School buildings here are now officially closed through the end of the semester. We'll still be doing alternative instruction - Canvas, Zoom, Mastering, etc. I'm so sad for my seniors. I was talking to a couple of them today - my work service lab assistants - and I asked them to let me know when they come back to move out of the residence halls. I told them we could plan a no contact good-bye and graduation present delivery. If you're hunkered down with a high school or college senior, give them a hug from me.

Lunch: Bacon & Brussels Sprout Pasta
Supper: Spinach, Mushroom, and Potato Quiche

Monday
Lunch:  Quiche
Supper: Roasted Potato & Brussels Sprouts Medley

Tuesday
Lunch:  Quiche
Supper:  Mongolian Vegetables (Cauliflower, Broccoli, and Carrots) over Rice with Edamame

Wednesday
Lunch:  Mongolian Vegetables
Supper:  Salad, Lima Beans and Cornbread

Thursday
Lunch:  Lima Beans and Cornbread
Supper:  Blackened Fish with Fried Cabbage

Friday
Lunch:  Lima Beans and Cornbread
Supper:  Takeout! Darren's Pick!

Saturday
Lunch:  Misc. Leftover Remix (Baked Potatoes and Cabbage?)
Supper:  Black Beans and Rice with Brazilian Cheese Bread
