Meal Plan Monday #405

Once a month, if there is no big holiday, we have an extended (three-day) weekend - the residence halls close and all the students go home. Our schedule is usually so hectic, that it's a nice break for everyone. I absolutely enjoy it! I enjoyed my October extended weekend. Now it's back to the daily grind.

Sunday:  Green Bean, Carrot, and Bell Pepper Thai Curry with Jasmine Rice

Monday:  White Pizza with Spinach, Artichoke Hearts, Jalapenos, Bacon, and Fresh Mozzarella and Caesar Salad

Tuesday:  Refried Peruano Bean and Cheese Quesadillas and Salad

Wednesday:  Tutorial Night Takeout!

Thursday:  Blackened Mahi Mahi with Faux Maque Choux and Salad

Friday:  Date Night! Lib's Pick!

Saturday:  Breakfast for Supper! Biscuit Breakfast Sandwiches and Fruit
