Another week, and another meal plan. We are eating some of our favorites this week, along with a few new recipes. I will try to post detailed directions for one or two things.
Sunday: Broiled Salmon and Rice (Update: Lime and Chipotle to replace Lemon and Cayenne - YUM!)
Monday: Chicken Nuggets with Caesar Salad
Tuesday: Ribs with Green Beans and Sweet Potato Fries
Wednesday: Ham Steak and Corn Pudding
Thursday: Thai Green Curry with Rice Sticks
Friday: Date Night (Lib's Pick!)
