We just had out last summer hurrah! We went to Nashville to see Jimmy Eat World and Manchester Orchestra. I didn't make it to the farmers market since we were out of town. The grind starts on Wednesday.

Sunday:  Grill at Jackson Square

Monday:  Coconut Curry Chickpeas with Jasmine Rice

Tuesday:  Pinto Bean and Cheese Enchiladas with Green Sauce, Avocados, Sour Cream, Etc.

Wednesday:  Tutorial Night Takeout!

Thursday:  Seared Tuna Bowls with Veggies (Cucumber, Carrots, Corn, Radish, Cabbage, Sprouts, Avocado, etc.) and Eggs 

Friday:  Date Night! Lib's Pick

Saturday:  Breakfast for Supper! Homemade Crunch Wraps or Biscuits and Spicy Sausage Gravy

It's the last full week of summer break. I'm still finding great things at the Farmers Market, but I think it might be slowing down.

Sunday:  Farmers Market Finds! Black-eyed Peas, Cornbread, and Squash Casserole

Monday:  Fried Rice and Caesar Salad

Tuesday:  Blackened Mahi Mahi Bowls with Rice, Carrots, Corn, Cucumber, Daikon, Jalapeno, Avocado, etc. and Sushi Sauce & Gochujang

Wednesday:  Trivia Night! 

Thursday:  Conecuh Big Chief Hot Dogs, Mac-n-Cheese, and Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos

Saturday:  Escape Room and Dinner Out

It is HOT!! There were some good finds at the Farmer's Market Saturday. I bought fresh pinto beans - I don't think I've ever even seen fresh pinto beans!

Monday:  Peri Peri Chicken Thigh Bowls with Corn, Rice, and Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Cauliflower

Tuesday:  Refried Bean and Cheese Quesadillas with Ghost Pepper Jack, Sour Cream, Avocados, etc.

Wednesday:  Tutorial Night Takeout!

Thursday:  TikTok Egg Sandwiches - Sourdough, Egg, and Cheese - and Fruit
