Meal Plan Monday #268

It's summer! I've got lots of projects planned, but I want to take some time to relax, too. 

Sunday:  Broiled Salmon, Rice, and Salad

Monday:  Turkey and Avocado Sandwiches with Fruit Salad and Chips

Tuesday:  Baked Sweet Potatoes or Regular Potatoes and Summer Squash

Wednesday:  Seared Tuna Steaks and Salad

Thursday:  Breakfast for Supper! Eggs, Biscuits, Sausage, etc.
