Meal Plan Monday #309

I cooked pork chops at home last week, and they were delicious; however, I didn't want to eat any of the leftovers. It's not easy in our small town to find packages of meat for two, and I'm not good about using meat that goes into the freezer. And we're still trying to minimize our meat intake, particularly at home. So I think I'll just go back to a more pescatarian approach at home. 


Monday:  Vegetarian Japanese Curry with Lentils over Rice

Tuesday:  Corn and Potato Chowder with Cheese Toast

Wednesday:  Tutorial Night Takeout!

Thursday:  Pan Seared Mahi Mahi and Caesar Salad

Friday:  Date Night! Lib's Pick!
