Another week, another meal plan. It's hard to believe I've been meal planning for over 10 years! I started with a little notepad I bought in the dollar bin at Michael's. I moved it over here in 2011 or so, and we've been rocking along ever since. The recipes have changed - we eat a lot less meat than we used to. But the process is still the same. Write the meal plan, make the grocery list, and try not to waste food.
Sunday: Nashville Hot Potatoes with Caesar Salad
Monday: Thai Green Curry Lentils and Jasmine Rice
Tuesday: Spicy Miso Pasta and Salad
Wednesday: Tutorial Night Takeout!
Thursday: Seared Tuna With Rice and Avocado
Friday: Date Night! Lib's Pick
Saturday: English Muffin Sandwiches with Sausage, Eggs, and Cheese
