The days feel so long, but the school year is flying by! It's almost Thanksgiving, and I'm ready for a week off to relax and rest. In the mean time, we're eating heartier meals and still loving Napa cabbage salads.

Saturday: Breakfast for Supper! Burritos with Crispy Hash Browns, Sausage, Eggs, and Cheese
