I remembered to get up and head to the Hitching Lot Farmers' Market on Saturday morning. I didn't make it until after 8:00 am, so things were a little picked over, but I got some nice looking summer squash, some hot peppers, and a loaf of jalapeno cheddar bread. I'll be incorporating those things into our meals this week.
Sunday: Southwestern Pot Pie with Lentil Taco "Meat" and Salad
Monday: Pinto Beans and Squash Dressing with Salad
Tuesday: Turkey, Cheese, and Avocado Sandwiches on Jalapeno Cheddar Bread with Hummus and Veggies
Wednesday: Tutorial Night Takeout! Diner's Choice
Thursday: Seared Tuna Steaks with Rice and Sweet Soy Sauce
Friday: Date Night! Lib's Pick
Saturday: Breakfast for Supper! Eggs, Potatoes, Cheese, Etc.
