Meal Plan Monday #453

It's the week after Thanksgiving, and the holiday season is here! We had a great visit with friends for TG, and we ate a full spread - cheese board, salad, turkey, dressing, sweet potatoes, green beans, rolls, pie, ice cream, and cookies, and we had multiple dinners out while we were off work. It's time to eat a little lighter this week.

Sunday:  Chipotle Lime Salmon with Rice and Cranberry-Apple Salad with Poppyseed Dressing

Monday:  Vegetable Thai Curry with Jasmine Rice

Tuesday:  Hummus with Veggies and Crackers

Wednesday:  Tutorial Night Takeout!

Thursday:  Build Your Own Pizza and Salad

Friday:  Date Night! Darren's Pick

Saturday:  Breakfast for Supper! Biscuit Sandwiches
