I just got home from the farmers market, and I'm contemplating what to plan for the week. We had barbeque Friday night, so I'll be incorporating the leftovers into a couple of meals. I'm very busy at work, so I'm trying to plan for quick and easy dinners for the next couple of weeks.
Sunday: Homemade Baked Beans with Leftover Ribs and Corn on the Cob
Monday: Chipotle Lime Salmon, Rice, and Brussels Sprouts
Tuesday: BBQ Pulled Pork Pizzas with Monterey Jack and Jalapenos and Salad
Wednesday: Tutorial Night Takeout!
Thursday: Fish Tacos with Cabbage, Lime, and Avocado
Friday: Date Night! Darren's Pick
Saturday: Breakfast for Supper! English Muffin Sandwiches
