Summer is flying by! The Fourth of July is this week. We're having a special steak dinner to celebrate.
Sunday: Farmers Market Finds! Eggplant, Onion, Bell Peppers, and Potatoes with Soy-Gochujang Sauce over Rice
Monday: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Hummus, and Veggies
Tuesday: Build Your Own Pizzas! Pepperoni, Artichoke, and Jalapeno and Salad
Wednesday: (Tutorial Night) Takeout!
Thursday: 4th of July! Pan Seared Ribeye Steaks, Baked Potatoes, and Jalapeno Poppers
Friday: Date Night! Lib's Pick
Saturday: Breakfast for Supper!
