Meal Plan Monday #311

It's fall break! That means we get a three day weekend! Hooray for Monday off. I will be waiting on the plumber and finishing grades so I can turn them in on Tuesday.

Sunday:  Vegetarian Japanese Curry Lentils with Rice

Monday:  Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya and Salad

Tuesday:  Roasted Vegetables with Quinoa and Brazilian Cheese Bread

Wednesday:  Tutorial Night Takeout!

Thursday:  Blackened Mahi Mahi over Lib's Faux Maque Choux
