Meal Plan Monday #345

I am trying to streamline meal planning by having a defined plan for a few days of the week - for examples, Mondays will be beans or some other slow cooker meal, Thursdays will be fish, and Saturdays will be breakfast. 

Monday:  Dried Lima Beans with Salad and Jalapeno-Cheddar Cornbread


Wednesday:  Speckled Butter Beans with Ham Steak and Biscuits

Thursday:  Seared Tuna Steaks, Faux Macque Choux, and Rice

Friday:  Date Night Takeout! Darren's Pick!

Saturday:  Breakfast for Supper! Pancakes or Waffles with Bacon or Ham

Sunday:  Loaded Pressure Cooker Chicken "Carnitas" and Bean Burritos (Corn, Peppers, Avocado, Sour Cream, etc.)
